Q: Do you have a store front / physical store in the area?
A: Unfortunately, not at this time, but we will SOON. Stay tuned! We do have some inventory on hand. Let us know what you are looking for and we will let you know if we can provide local delivery.
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Click here to check your manufacturer's sizing chart or contact us for assistance.
Q: How long will my order take? What is your shipping time frame?
A: Please allow one business day for processing of your order. Shipping will take 4-6 business days. If you need something sooner, please contact us for a quote.
Q: Is my package shipped discreetly?
A: All orders are shipped 100% discreetly using non-descript boxes with no identifying marks or branding.
Q: Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?
A: In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, sometimes it is necessary to ship the items separately, but don't worry, you will receive a tracking number for each package, so you will be able to track it and know when it is arriving.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You may cancel your order prior to it being shipped. Once your order ships, the return policy applies.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: The individual manufacturer's of our products offer their own specific warranties. Please contact us for more information on the specific manufacturer of your toy/garment.
Q: Do You Ship Internationally?
A: Yes, you can get a shipping quote on the shipping tab at checkout!
Q: What if I am having technical issues with the site?
A: The sooner you let us know there is an issue, the sooner it can be resolved. Please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Q: Is my credit card secured?
A: Yes. Your credit card is never stored on our website. Once your numbers are entered they are encrypted for your protection.
Q: Why are some products priced different, but appear to be the same?
A: Our pricing is based on when items come in to stock, sometimes some items may have been in stock longer so those will be priced differently. If in doubt, feel free to contact us.
Q: Why didn't SEZZLE approve my order?
A: Click here for more info. If "SEZZLE" did not approve your order... try QuadPay on our payment screen. Same concept, but different approval criteria.
